Accounting Manager

Lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close for assigned business units. This role involves managing a team of accounting professionals and ensuring accurate, timely, and controlled financial results in accordance with IFRS and company policies. You will partner with various finance teams and stakeholders to resolve accounting matters and drive process improvements within an accelerated close environment.

• Lead month-end close and financial reporting processes
• Own assigned accounting areas and ensure accurate transaction recording
• Review and approve balance sheet account reconciliations
• Resolve accounting issues and provide technical guidance
• Prepare and review financial analyses and reporting
• Manage team deliverables and foster a culture of accountability
