Accounting Associate

Atrium Hospitality is seeking an Accounting Associate for the Long Beach Hilton. This full-time onsite role involves daily financial tasks such as income audits, billing, collections, and accounts payable. You will support the hotel team with clerical duties and resolve accounting issues, contributing to accurate financial reporting.

• Complete daily income audit, billing, collections, and accounts payable tasks
• Protect guest and company information with integrity
• Support hotel team with clerical and accounting tasks
• Resolve accounting issues quickly and kindly
• Assist corporate with closing books using Excel, Workbooks, and Access
• 1+ years of accounting experience required
