Senior Accountant

Analytical Mechanics Associates (AMA) is seeking a Senior Accountant to support critical accounting operations including payroll, accounts payable, general ledger, and month-end close. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records in a dynamic environment, ideally for someone with government contracting experience.

• Support payroll processing, accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end close
• Analyze expense accruals and prepare journal entries
• Ensure compliance with financial and payroll regulations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint and ADP is highly desired
