Senior Specialist, Accounting

As a Senior Specialist, Accounting, you will be instrumental in executing Record-to-Report activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and supporting month-end close processes. This role involves managing lease accounting, payroll reconciliation, and contributing to the transition of regional accounting activities into our Enterprise Business Services Center. You will collaborate with various finance and HR teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and drive process improvements.

• Execute Record-to-Report (R2R) activities and month-end close processes
• Manage lease accounting in accordance with IFRS 16 / ASC 842
• Perform payroll accounting and reconciliations
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Support internal and external audits
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
