Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis

Lead financial reporting and analysis processes to support executive decision-making, including monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external reports. This role enhances reporting quality through process improvements and automation, collaborates with various departments, and supports budgeting, forecasting, and corporate finance initiatives.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
• Analyze financial results and prepare variance analyses
• Develop financial reporting packages for management, lenders, and Board
• Participate in annual budgeting and periodic reforecast cycles
• Enhance reporting automation and data visualization capabilities
• Partner with Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Operations, and IT
