Corporate Finance Manager- Audits & Controllership

Manage financial operations including accounting, reporting, compliance, and treasury for Dentsu Aegis Network in Mumbai. This role ensures accurate financial statements, adherence to regulations, and effective cash flow management.

• Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Reconcile balances monthly and manage month-end closing
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
• Implement internal controls and risk mitigation strategies
