Finance Director, GTM

Temporal is seeking a Finance Director in San Francisco, CA to own revenue forecasting and financial modeling for a high-growth, consumption-based business. This critical role involves close partnership with a Data Scientist to build and evolve forecasting frameworks, requiring deep hands-on modeling skills and the ability to iterate quickly based on new data and usage patterns.

• Own end-to-end revenue forecast for consumption-based products
• Build and maintain bottoms-up forecasting models incorporating usage drivers
• Partner with Data Science to align financial forecasts with statistical models
• Develop and maintain highly detailed financial models in Google Sheets and Excel
• Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and stress-testing
• Partner closely with GTM leadership, RevOps, and Data
