• Lead U.S. Federal and state income tax reporting
• Manage and develop a team of tax professionals
• Oversee quarterly tax payments and cash-tax modeling
• Assist with tax provision reporting and technical documentation
• Conduct tax research and respond to audit inquiries
• Minimum 8+ years of tax experience required
