Senior Finance Analyst

Join Broadridge as a Senior Finance Analyst in Cluj-Napoca to support the Post Trade International P&L, focusing on revenue through FP&A reporting and analytics. You will contribute to financial budgets, variance analysis, and strategic decision-making.

• Provide accurate financials and variance analysis for monthly actuals, forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans
• Partner with Financial Accounting for month-end close
• Build relationships with business partners to analyze performance, risks, and opportunities
• Ensure accurate forecasting and planning, including tracking T&M revenue and sales pipeline
• Identify and implement process improvements within the FP&A function
• Participate in ad-hoc finance projects
