Process Engineer

BD is seeking a Process Engineer to provide engineering support for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This role involves optimizing processes, troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 3 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.

• Provide day-to-day engineering support to pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
• Analyze manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, yield, and cost improvements
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
• Support process validation and ensure compliance with FDA regulations and cGMP
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects
• Coordinate engineering projects from conception through implementation
