Senior Accountant, Staff

This Senior Accountant role involves reviewing, maintaining, and analyzing the general ledger and financial statements for assigned mall properties. You will prepare monthly financial analyses, annual budgets, and financial forecasts, while also assisting with year-end closes and external audits. This position also includes mentoring junior staff.

• Review and maintain general ledger accounts for assigned properties
• Prepare monthly financial analysis, budget, and forecast variance analysis
• Prepare annual operating budget and periodic financial forecasts
• Distribute reporting packages to joint-venture partners
• Participate in year-end close and assist external auditors
• Serve as mentor for less experienced staff
