Finance Analyst

The Obama Foundation seeks a Finance Analyst to provide administrative and operational support to the Finance team, including the CFO. This role focuses on driving team efficiency through calendar management, information flow coordination, expense and travel administration, and conducting research for ad hoc analytical projects.

• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for the Finance team
• Oversee expense and travel administration, including Concur
• Conduct research and support ad hoc analytical projects
• Ensure high-quality customer service for internal and external stakeholders
• Draft meeting agendas and minutes
• Track project next steps and ensure completion
