Asset Accountant

Msudenver is seeking an Asset Accountant to monitor, record, depreciate, and safeguard the University's fixed assets. This role involves reconciling asset purchases, conducting annual inventories, analyzing lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with debt obligations using Workday and Excel.

• Monitor, record, track, depreciate, and safeguard University's fixed assets
• Review and reconcile all fixed asset purchases
• Conduct annual inventory and analyze lease agreements
• Ensure compliance with debt obligations and bond payments
• Develop and propose policies regarding fixed asset procurement and tracking
• Utilize Workday and Excel for financial reporting and reconciliation
