Senior Accountant

Baxter is seeking a meticulous Senior Accountant to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for the Bardy Diagnostics Business Unit. This hands-on role involves managing monthly closings, reconciling general ledger accounts, leading AP operations, and preparing journal entries. You will also oversee fixed assets and manage business unit tax functions, including state tax filings.

• 3-5+ years of operational accounting experience
• Experience with journal entries, AP, and fixed assets
• Knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
• Proficiency in Excel, NetSuite ERP preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
