About this role

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Accountant to provide financial reporting and analysis for the Integrated Drivetrain organization. This role will lead financial analysis for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, partner with cross-functional teams, and evaluate product costs to drive strategic business insights.

What we are looking for

Lead financial support and analysis for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs
Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
Support tariff analysis and assess financial impacts
Develop financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience desired
