Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst on the Work Dynamics Client Finance team, you will drive core business analysis and reporting for a start-up client account. You will partner with leaders to deliver critical financial insights, streamline processes, and identify strategic opportunities that contribute to client success and JLL's operational excellence.

• Complete regular and ad-hoc reporting, including client documents, presentations, graphs, and charts
• Generate monthly and quarterly reports, run forecasting activities, and enhance reporting frameworks
• Conduct detailed forecast analysis, including Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual comparisons
• Support annual budget planning, preparation, and development
• Identify tactical and strategic opportunities, gaps, and financial risks
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 2+ years of relevant financial analysis experience
