Controlling Specialist (m/f/d)

Flix is seeking a Controlling Specialist to manage OPEX and personnel costs, including FTE and salary planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will partner with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making. This role involves evaluating business cases, financial risks, and cost performance, as well as supporting month-end closing activities.

• Own OPEX controlling with a focus on personnel costs
• Lead FTE and salary planning for budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare and present workforce, headcount, and personnel cost analyses
• Partner with HR and business leaders for data-driven insights
• Evaluate business cases, financial risks, and cost performance
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
