Investment Accounting Analyst

RGA is seeking an Investment Accounting Analyst to perform and coordinate investment accounting operations. This role involves complex reconciliations, data analysis, internal controls, and audit support. You will collaborate with internal partners and contribute to process improvements, applying accounting knowledge and professional judgment within established frameworks.

• Perform and coordinate complex investment accounting reconciliations
• Analyze data and prepare reports for financial close and reporting
• Execute internal controls and support audit activities
• Collaborate with internal partners and contribute to process improvements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of accounting or auditing experience
