Finance Business Analyst

AXIS Capital is seeking a Finance Business Analyst to support the COO organization by providing insights on cost, headcount, and operational performance. This role involves significant Anaplan modeling, configuration, and maintenance, as well as supporting month-end close and data foundations for accurate reporting and planning.

• Support COO organization with cost, headcount, and operational performance insights
• Own Anaplan modeling, configuration, and maintenance
• Support month- and quarter-end close processes
• Automate routine postings and maintain reconciliations
• Deliver reporting, dashboards, and headcount uploads
• Translate requirements into Anaplan model enhancements
