Associate Manager, Tax Administration

Manage the company's tax compliance, accounting, and reporting functions, including federal, state, and local income and indirect taxes. This hands-on role involves direct preparation of tax filings and provisions, staff supervision, and supporting tax planning and audit defense.

• Manage end-to-end domestic income tax compliance and review staff work
• Prepare and review income tax provisions under ASC 740
• Oversee indirect tax returns (sales & use, property, etc.)
• Support tax planning, law monitoring, and process improvements
• Manage responses to tax audits and notices
• Supervise, train, and develop tax staff
