Financial Analyst - Payroll

Join an innovative, employee-owned company as a Financial Analyst specializing in payroll. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, support financial reporting, and maintain compliance with regulations. This role requires strong accounting and payroll knowledge, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant systems.

• Process multi-state payroll accurately and timely
• Review and audit payroll data, including earnings, deductions, and taxes
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare journal entries
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international payroll regulations
• Assist with payroll system testing and process improvements
