Senior Accountant

Lifespace Communities is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their Finance team in Dallas, TX. This role involves managing general ledger accounting, supporting financial reporting for multiple communities, and acting as a resource for other accountants. • Manage general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Support accounting and financial reporting for assigned communities
• Serve as a go-to resource for community accountants, providing guidance and training
• Prepare cash, balance sheet, and income statement reconciliations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial analysis
• Identify accounting issues and implement stronger processes and controls
