Senior Strategic Finance Associate

Mixpanel is seeking a Senior Strategic Finance Associate to join their Financial Planning and Analysis team. This hybrid role, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, involves acting as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, owning the end-to-end financial planning process for a major domain, and driving analytical rigor to shape leadership decisions. The ideal candidate will have deep FP&A expertise and the ability to design scalable planning processes.

• Own end-to-end financial planning process for a major domain
• Define 6-12 month financial strategy for your domain
• Build business cases for major investments
• Design and improve planning processes, tooling, and data definitions
• Lead cross-functional analyses with clear milestones
• Partner with functional budget owners on data quality and alignment
