Corporate Accounting & Consolidations Manager (SEC)

Verve is seeking a Corporate Accounting & Consolidations Manager to prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP/IFRS and capital market regulations. This hybrid role involves ensuring compliance with SEC and SOX requirements, acting as a point of contact for accounting inquiries, and driving process optimization through automation and digitalization.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, SEC, and SOX regulations
• Serve as the primary contact for accounting issues across departments
• Maintain master data and reporting quality
• Drive process optimization, automation, and digitalization
• Support special projects in external accounting
