Staff Accountant - Financial Accounting

RaceTrac is seeking a Staff Accountant to perform essential general accounting duties, including analyzing and reporting financial information to meet daily and monthly deadlines. This role involves managing settlement activities, reconciling inventory, generating invoices, and resolving transaction discrepancies. You will also contribute to process improvements and maintain strong relationships with counterparties.

• Perform daily settlement activities and reconcile inventory volumes
• Generate customer invoices and settle third-party transactions
• Reconcile and close inventory at month-end
• Ensure accurate reflection of inventory transactions in financial records
• Assist in developing financial and operational process solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 0-3 years of experience
