Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

As the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's financial future by supporting critical reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will own both backward and forward-looking financial insights, helping the business track and improve economic performance at project and enterprise levels. This role is key to building scalable planning processes and driving strategic financial decisions.

• Support annual, quarterly, and monthly financial reporting and forecasting
• Conduct variance analysis and explain key performance drivers
• Partner with business leaders to identify risks and opportunities
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Build and maintain scalable financial models and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
