Senior Associate, Accounting

HarbourVest is seeking a self-motivated Senior Associate to join their Accounting Operations team in Boston. This hybrid role involves high-volume processing and review activities for fund operations, including expense allocations, capital account statements, and cashflow data. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Perform high-volume processing and review activities for fund operations
• Generate and review capital account statements, distribution notices, and quarterly reports
• Process cashflow-related data and run reports for client and regulatory requests
• Review data entry, perform data reconciliation/validation, and manage system uploads
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and communicate with team leader
• Coordinate client service queries and assist with continuous improvement projects
