Accountant

DayOne is seeking a hands-on Accountant to support accounting operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions in a fast-paced regional environment. This role involves full-set accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, audit coordination, and tax compliance, requiring an individual comfortable owning the accounting process end-to-end.

• Own month-end close activities for assigned entities
• Prepare and review financial statements and accounting documentation
• Support multi-entity accounting across different countries and currencies
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and internal policies
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents
• Identify process improvement opportunities and strengthen internal controls
