Accounting Manager

StepStone is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the daily accounting, financial close, and reporting for subsidiary entities. This role involves supervising accounting staff, reviewing financial statements, strengthening processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Manage monthly financial statement close for subsidiary entities
• Review financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reporting
• Assist with cash management and investment entries
• Support quarterly reviews and annual audits
• Supervise and develop accounting staff
