Finance Analyst, Healthcare

Huron is seeking a Finance Operations Associate to support the financial and operational performance of their Healthcare business. This role involves partnering with leadership to provide financial insights, operational reporting, and process improvements. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, sales analytics, and month-end close processes.

• Support annual budgeting and quarterly financial forecasting
• Own industry operations financial cadence and reporting
• Support sales analytics including predictive modeling and commission tracking
• Monitor and manage expense categories and internal budgets
• Assist with month-end close and ad hoc financial analysis
• Develop and improve operational procedures and documentation
