About this role
ClearBank is seeking a Financial Control Lead to own month-end activities and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. You will investigate balances, prepare accounting entries and reconciliations, and play a key role in building scalable, efficient finance processes. This hands-on role involves driving automation and continuous improvement within a growing technology-enabled bank.
What we are looking for 6
- Own allocated month-end close activities
- Prepare, review, and approve general ledger journals and reconciliations
- Investigate revenue, expense variances, and balance sheet accounts
- Drive automation and process improvements in financial control
- Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and external auditors
- Support regulatory and statutory reporting requirements
