Fixed Assets Analyst

Circle K is seeking a Fixed Asset Analyst to accurately record and maintain company assets within the fixed asset system. This role supports capital project accounting, asset tracking, financial reporting, and compliance with company policies. You will partner with multiple departments to ensure capital expenditures and assets are properly recorded, monitored, and reported.

• Record and maintain company assets in fixed asset system
• Support capital project accounting and asset tracking
• Reconcile fixed asset and general ledger accounts
• Prepare project-related journal entries and adjustments
• Analyze financial data and prepare asset activity reports
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
