Accounting Senior Analyst, India Assistant Controller

Join Danaher's operating company, Cytiva, as an Accounting Senior Analyst in Bangalore, India. This onsite role supports the India Controller by leading accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and preparing for audits. You will also review contracts and conduct business analytics to support decision-making.

• Lead accounting operations including closing, reporting, and financial statement preparation
• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements (FEMA, CSR, Tax, etc.)
• Prepare and coordinate various audits (Statutory, Tax, Internal/Sox)
• Review customer contracts and purchase orders for compliance and risk
• Support business analytics and ad-hoc analyses
• Requires CA or CPA with 5-7 years' experience or accounting degree with 10-12 years' controllership experience
