Financial Accountant - Property Reporting

Landsec is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their Group Property Reporting team in London. This role offers end-to-end exposure to property accounting, including valuations, capital expenditure, and leases, with regular interaction with senior stakeholders and external auditors. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting for a leading UK REIT and have the opportunity to drive process improvements.

• Ownership of key property accounting and reporting processes
• Manage accounting for property valuations, capital expenditure, and leases
• Deliver accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting
• Support statutory reporting and external audits
• Drive improvements in finance processes and reporting efficiency
• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with strong technical accounting skills
