Finance Controller

KONE is seeking a Finance Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, and finance operations for its US entities. This leadership role ensures the integrity of financial statements, strengthens internal controls, and drives process improvements. You will partner with various teams to provide critical financial insights and lead a team of finance professionals in a dynamic, multinational environment.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for US legal entities
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting and balance sheet integrity
• Oversee operational accounting activities including payroll, treasury, and fixed assets
• Lead external and internal audit activities and maintain strong internal controls
• Drive automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team
