Accountant

Serve as the senior finance lead in the Philippines, responsible for accurate project cost recording, financial reporting, and local tax compliance, including VAT exemption processes. This role involves maintaining accounting records, supporting financial reporting to the customer, and ensuring adherence to regulations and company policies, with potential oversight of junior staff.

• Lead in-country finance operations for BioSHIELD task order
• Manage project cost accounting and financial reporting
• Oversee local tax compliance and VAT exemption processes in the Philippines
• Ensure adherence to CTR Umbrella Agreement and BIR rulings
• Maintain accounting records, journal entries, and financial statements
• Support budget forecasting and variance analysis
