Senior Financial Analyst, Group FP&A

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for their Tools & Outdoor team. This remote role involves supporting financial planning and analysis cycles, including month-end reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for CapEx and Global Supply Chain central budgets. You will provide insightful analysis, partner with department leaders, and ensure financial process alignment across the organization.

• Support FP&A cycles including month-end reporting and forecasting
• Provide financial leadership and transparency for CapEx and GSC budgets
• Deliver in-depth reporting and analysis of financial information
• Partner with Central GSC department leaders on spend
• Assist in story building for financial reviews
• Develop strong partnerships with BU FP&A teams
