Investment Accountant

Greystar is seeking an Investment Accountant to manage financial and investor reporting, cash management, capital transactions, and audit support. This role involves preparing financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, overseeing daily cash transactions, and ensuring accurate documentation for capital activities. The position utilizes Yardi software for general ledger management and reporting.

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
