Financial Controller

JLL is seeking a Financial Controller in Tokyo to manage day-to-day financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and accounts payable/receivable. This role involves strategic partnership with internal teams and clients, ensuring financial integrity, and driving process improvements. You will play a key role in achieving financial targets and supporting business decisions.

• Manage local and regional financial and accounting operations
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing
• Partner with JLL and client finance leads
• Ensure data accuracy, policy compliance, and audit readiness
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Experience with client reporting and financial analysis
