About this role

RTX is seeking a Specialist in Government Accounting to prepare and support financial proposals, maintain compliant cost accounting practices, and interface with government agencies like DCAA and DCMA. This remote role offers the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in specialized government accounting practices within the aerospace and defense industry.

What we are looking for

Prepare and support Forward Pricing Rate Proposals (FPRP) and Agreements (FPRA)
Maintain compliant cost accounting practices and government accounting framework
Develop, analyze, and submit actual rates vs. FPRP/FPRA
Prepare, submit, and analyze annual Incurred Cost Submission
Interface with DCAA and DCMA
Requires U.S. citizenship and minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
