Tax Specialist

As a Tax Specialist, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of tax invoices for a large portfolio of loans across various states. This role involves researching tax-related correspondence, verifying payment adherence, and maintaining precise loan records. You will play a key part in ensuring compliance and supporting the company's mission of making homeownership attainable.

• Process property tax payments to tax authorities accurately and on time
• Research and obtain tax-related correspondence and follow up accordingly
• Verify tax bill amounts and ensure accurate escrow payment considerations
• Manage a sequence of loans and follow up in a timely manner
• Communicate with customers, third parties, and vendors via phone and email
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years related experience preferred
