Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Controls

Wintrust is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Chief Accounting Officer's Group in Rosemont, IL. This role focuses on ensuring effective internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) in compliance with SOX. You will collaborate with business partners, assess risks, identify control enhancements, and support remediation efforts.

• Maintain SOX risk and control matrices and process flowcharts
• Identify areas for control or documentation enhancements
• Facilitate SOX walkthrough and SOC1 processes
• Analyze control exceptions and work on remediation
• Support internal and external audit engagements
• Provide SOX control training to business partners
