Experienced Financial Analyst, Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory Services (Complex Securities) - Multiple Locations

Join Houlihan Lokey's Financial and Valuation Advisory team as a Financial Analyst specializing in Complex Securities. You will work with hedge funds, private equity funds, and other asset managers to value illiquid debt, equity, and complex securities for financial reporting. This role offers exposure to diverse valuation challenges and sophisticated modeling techniques.

• Analyze and value derivatives, structured products, loans, and private equity
• Determine valuation assumptions based on historical performance and economic scenarios
• Utilize financial models like DCF, Black-Scholes, lattice models, and simulation analysis
• Perform market research and calibrate valuation models
• Review financial information and compile data from various sources
• Prepare client deliverables and participate in client presentations
