Senior Analyst - Finance & Accounting

Marsh is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Account Receivables team in Pune. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for accurately posting cash receipts, resolving payment discrepancies, and supporting month-end close activities. You will also play a key role in process improvement and training new team members.

• Post cash receipts accurately in ERP
• Match payments to open invoices and resolve unapplied cash
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities
• Maintain audit-ready documentation
• Own end-to-end cash application for complex accounts
• Investigate and resolve aged unapplied cash exceptions
