Staff Accountant - Financial Accounting

RaceTrac is seeking a Staff Accountant to perform general accounting duties, including analyzing and preparing financial information and reports to meet daily and monthly deadlines. This role involves completing month-end close tasks, preparing and analyzing accounting data, and ensuring all financial schedules are met.

• Completes general accounting functions including research, report/spreadsheet preparation, and analysis
• Completes various month-end close tasks including journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations
• Prepares and analyzes accounting data by processing and interpreting general ledgers and subledgers
• Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries and reports
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 0-3 years accounting experience
