Financial Analyst III

The Oklahoma Health Care Authority is seeking a Financial Analyst III to administer complex hospital payment programs, including the Supplemental Hospital Offset Payment Program (SHOPP) and Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) payments. This role involves reviewing financial data, verifying expenditures, reconciling payments, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. You will serve as a key liaison between hospitals and the agency, resolving issues and presenting financial reports.

• Administer SHOPP Act, DSH, and other supplemental hospital payment programs
• Review and analyze hospital cost reports and assessments
• Reconcile payments and track financial data
• Liaise with hospitals to resolve payment and assessment concerns
• Prepare and present financial and statistical reports
• Ensure compliance with federal and state Medicaid regulations
