Senior Accountant & Controller ( all genders )

Bayware is seeking a Senior Accountant & Controller to oversee general accounting, financial reporting, and compliance for its Spanish entities. This role involves coordinating financial closings, analyzing performance against budgets, and ensuring the quality of financial information reported to the parent company. You will also contribute to process improvements and the implementation of financial systems.

• Supervise general accounting and financial reporting for Spanish group companies
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Analyze budget variances and prepare financial reports for local and regional management
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations
• Drive improvements in financial processes and internal controls
• Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency (SAP, Navision, or similar)
