Manager, Accounting

Mastercard is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their Global Business Solutions Center in O'Fallon, Missouri. This role is responsible for supporting global consolidation and financial reporting processes, partnering with various finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information. The position requires strong technical accounting expertise and experience in a large multinational environment.

• Lead global consolidation and financial reporting processes
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
• Review and approve complex journal entries and accounting transactions
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and footnotes
• Partner with regional accounting teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Drive continuous process improvement and automation initiatives
