Staff Accountant

Provide accounting support for revenue recognition, federal funding requests, and preparation of reconciliations and reports for state and federal agencies. This role requires three years of accounting experience and expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Manage agency deposit book and General Ledger coding
• Perform three-way reconciliation of financial records
• Calculate and process federal program draws
• Manage agency's Authority Order for expenditures
• Prepare sales tax reconciliation and warrants
• Collaborate on FFATA sub-award reporting
