FP&A Analyst

Support Greystar's C-Suite functions by managing operating expense forecasts, preparing consolidated financial reports, and analyzing performance for senior leadership. This role involves driving the adoption of AI and automation within the FP&A tech stack and collaborating with various business leaders.

• Own operating expense budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking for C-Suite functions
• Prepare consolidated financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership
• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial performance against budget and forecast
• Drive the FP&A team's use of AI, automation, and the systems tech stack
• Partner with functional leaders to understand cost drivers and shape allocation methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related quantitative field
